Rain Out Policy

(Weekly Racing Only - Touring Series Rules Vary by Series)

Please keep all tickets stubs in case of rainout.

What is considered a rain out? If Mother Nature rains on us before 50% of our racing is complete, Mansfield Motorsports Park will honor your ticket stub for two weeks at the face value on the ticket stub. If you choose to use your stub for a special event (in the 2 weeks only), you must pay the difference, in cash, at the ticket window. You must have the ticket stub with you.

What voids my ticket stub? If 50% of the racing has been completed, or the final heat race has been run, there will be no refunds. (No Exceptions)

Pit Passes- If the racing has not been 50% completed, please keep your wristbands for the following week. If the last heat race has been completed, all wristbands are voided. There are no cash refunds given back for any reason. (No Exceptions)

Mansfield Motorsports Park  would like to remind all of our patrons that we are an outside entertainment facility, and like all outside entertainment facilities, we cannot control Mother Nature. We ask all of you to please read our rain out policy before purchasing your tickets. All sales are final, and like all other outside entertainment facilities used for football, baseball, concerts, auto racing, and amusement parks, NO refunds will be given out to our patrons under any circumstances.
